When you complete a tour request, waitlist application, contact form, or career application on our website, you provide information that may include:

- Your child’s first name, age, and proposed enrollment date
- Your reasons for contacting us and any additional context you share
2. Information collected automatically
When you visit our website, our analytics tool (Google Analytics, via Google Site Kit) automatically collects technical information such as:
- Your IP address and approximate location
- The pages you visit and how long you spend on them
- The browser and device you are using
- The site or search term that referred you to us
How we use this information
- To respond to your inquiries and process tour and waitlist requests
- To consider job applications
- To understand how visitors use the website so we can improve it

We retain form submissions for as long as they remain relevant to our communication with you, typically through your child’s enrollment cycle and for a reasonable period thereafter. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics’ default settings.
Children
Our website is directed to parents and prospective families, not to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us at office@rockspringcc.com and we will delete it.
