What You Will Find Here
This page collects the documents and tools that Rock Spring families use most. Here is what each one is for, and when you are likely to need it.
Parent Handbook
The handbook is our fullest written statement of how the center runs, covering center policies and the daily routines families can expect. New families should read it before their child’s first day, and returning families should look it over again each year. You can open it from the Parent Handbook page.
School Calendar
The school calendar lists closures, holidays, and professional development days across the year. It is the fastest way to see when the center is closed so you can arrange backup care well ahead of time.
Newsletter and Hot Lunch
Our newsletter carries classroom news, upcoming events, and reminders from the office. The hot lunch order form is posted alongside it, so families ordering lunch can find both in one place.
ProCare
ProCare is the app enrolled families use day to day. It is where you will find daily reports and updates from your child’s classroom, along with your tuition statements and payments.

For anything not covered here, the office is open Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 6:00 pm. Call 301-530-4526 for time-sensitive matters, or email office@rockspringcc.com when you are sending documents. Directions, parking, and tour details are on our Contact page.
