Ways to partner with Rock Spring

We have experience structuring employer support in several practical ways—depending on your goals, budget, and HR processes.

Tuition subsidy

A tuition subsidy is the most direct way for employers to support employees using the expanded Employer-Provided Child Care Credit (IRC §45F). The employer covers an agreed portion of tuition for enrolled employees’ children—typically as a fixed amount or percentage—up to a clear annual cap, and we invoice the employer (or their benefits administrator).

Rock Spring is a nonprofit, community-based program with long-tenured educators—exactly the kind of quality-of-life benefit that helps employers attract and retain talent.

Backup / drop-in care

When employees’ regular care falls through, families may use Rock Spring on a drop-in basis (subject to availability). We can invoice the employer directly, or employees can pay and seek reimbursement under your benefits policy.

Preferred enrollment

Enrollment priority for employees of partner companies, subject to licensing ratios and availability. Finding child care can be a stressful experience for first-time parents. It can mean a lot that their employer has already given them a head start by pointing them in the right direction.
